The side touch screen displays the machine's speed, output, fault alarm, touch screen controls the machine's start/stop, paper feeding clutch, box receiving part's start/stop, parameter setting, and other operations.

Paper Feeding Section 1. Equipped with an air suction function. 2. Multi-stage rail to ensure the verticality of the pressing board. To ensure that the paper feeding is not skewed. 3. The unique structure keeps a simpler and more convenient adjustment of the pressing board. Push structure makes supporting the cardboard adjustment more convenient and stable. 4. The baffles on the left and right can be adjusted up and down to shorten the adjusting and carton changing time. 5. The vibration device coordinates with the motor, which helps the machine feed consecutively and automatically feed quickly and simply. |

Aligner Section 1. The paper board sent from the feeder section will be corrected by the aligner section to ensure accurate transmission. 2. Pressing drive pressure can be adjusted up and down to accommodate different paper board thickness. |

Transmission 1. The pressing and Transmission unit has a regulator, a patting device, which can effectively avoid the “scissors mouth” phenomenon of corrugated products. 2. The pressing and Transmission unit adopts a waiting function. When the feeding section is in the pause status, it will automatically enable the waiting function. If has error in the paper collection unit, it will automatically stop the machine work. |
