XL-P-S Introduction

The XL-P-S series fully automatic new intelligent box gluing machine integrates advanced design technology, which is mainly reflected in the memory control system. It stores and remembers the positioning parameters of the shaking plate for different specifications of paper boxes, achieving fully automatic memory control of shaking plate positioning and improving box-making efficiency and accuracy.

The whole machine adopts a servo motor control system and is designed with universal modules, including correction functions for paper box horn mouth, over line, offline, etc., as well as a pre-folding function of about 165 ° abduction straps. It has been upgraded to a guide plate climbing structure with automatic bottom locking, which is 80% faster than traditional bottom locking devices in terms of speed. The XL series fully automatic new intelligent box gluing machine is the preferred product in the packaging industry. It can not only produce single-sided, double-sided, and hooked bottom box types, but also meet the forming requirements of four-corner and hexagonal boxes.

XL-P-S Features Introduction

	Paper Feeding Section 1. The feed part is driven by a variable frequency motor and synchronizes with the main engine. 2. Feeder section equipped with three pieces of feeding knives, adjust the asymmetrical lengths as per the box sample. 3. Rail width can be horizontally adjusted and set by a seven-piece 30mm thickened feeding belt and a 10mm metal board. 4. Operators can operate the feeder switch in any region. 5. Embossing drive wheel guides the feeding section belt, side feed gates on the right and left are adjustable according to the products. 6. The vibration device coordinates with the motor, which helps the machine feed consecutively and automatically, quickly and simply. The feeder section can stack 400MM height paperboard.
	Aligner Section The paper board sent from the feeder section will be corrected by the aligner section to ensure accurate transmission. Pressing drive pressure can be adjusted up and down to accommodate different paper board thickness.
	Pre-Folding Section Special first folding line pre-fold 180°. Third line 165°, which perfectly meets the requirements of automatic packaging y.
	Climbing Section Besides the faster speed, higher precision, and running more steadily, it is also much easier to adjust the machine comparing with traditional folder gluer.
	Lower Gluing Tank 1. The lower gluing tank is 2L. 2. Easy to remove and clean. 3. Electronic upper gluing system by guns.
Folding and Closing 1. The Second and fourth folding line 180°. 2. The folding and closing section transmits from the right and left side, the belt speed can be adjusted separately, and the way of the box running to ensure straight delivery.
Trombone Section 1. The up and down belt can be adjusted separately. 2. Equipped with a photo-electronic counting device and a kicking paper device, which can press the paper after accounting and make it easy to pack. Also equipped with a feeding paper inspection device.
4 and 6-Corner Motorized and untimed electronic back-folding system with intelligent servo motor technology.
Transmission 1. Equipped with a special additional sponge belt for the pressing of the box valley part. 2. Upper section moves back and forward, allowing for different box lengths.
Cold Glue System Equipped with three guns, convenient in the production of 4/6 corner box and various special-shaped boxes, gluing quickly and accurately sizing.
