Feeder Section

It uses carefully selected high-quality raw materials, adopts a thickened wall panel design, and is equipped with well-known brand motors and transmission components to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment under high-speed operating conditions.

Aligner Section

Different deviations during paper output from each cardboard box can be precisely corrected using the guide rail, ensuring accurate adhesive application. The guide rail can be flexibly selected for left/right positioning according to the box shape requirements.

8 Inch Touch Screen

Adopting C+ intelligent transmission technology, it precisely links all components, and can automatically match parameters with one-button start, enabling efficient production.

Gluing Section

The adhesive application section is equipped with an extended working platform, ensuring stable adhesion of the product to the conveyor belt. It supports independent adjustment of the belt pressing and adhesive application components, and allows for precise fine-tuning of the adhesive application position forward/backward and left/right without stopping the machine.

Control System

Employing a 32-bit high-performance processor and intelligent control algorithm, it achieves high-speed and precise motion control from 0-100M/MIN, supports parallel operation of 4 adhesive application heads, and each application head is equipped with an independent photoelectric sensor to achieve precise positioning control.

Automatic Paper Collection Unit

It supports flexible switching between two paper collection modes: stacked or continuous operation, to meet different production needs. Equipped with a high-precision photoelectric sensor, it enables accurate electronic counting, facilitating production statistics and finished product packaging.
