QHZ-S Introduction

The QHZ-S series machine adopts a V-shape belt drive, which makes the operation smoother and more stable compared to traditional main motor equipment.

The QHZ-S series pre-folding section adds a secondary creasing function to correct existing creasing lines and substandard phenomena on the corrugated box itself. The folding section is equipped with a compression function, and the folding belt is equipped with a servo motor, ensuring perfect corrugated box forming.

The QHZ-S series fully automatic heavy-duty corrugated box gluing machine is suitable for folding and forming 4/6 corner, lock bottom, and straight line corrugated cardboard boxes.

	Paper Feeding Section 1. Equipped with a suction function. 2. The multi-level track ensures the verticality of the cardboard, ensuring that the paper feeding is not skewed. The unique structure makes the cardboard adjustment simple and convenient. 3. The push tooth structure is easy to adjust and stabilize when dragging cardboard. 4. Pneumatic knife lifting reduces adjustment and box replacement time. 5. A vibration device combined with a motor for fast, simple, continuous, automatic, and correct paper feeding.
	Aligner Section 1. The cardboard fed out by the feeding section is corrected and guided by the edge correction section to ensure the accuracy of the conveying. 2. The driving pressure can be adjusted up and down to adapt to different thicknesses of cardboard.
	Accessories The positioning accuracy of the pressure line is high, which can flatten and shape the cardboard to varying degrees, improve the accuracy of cardboard boxes, and ensure standardized and continuous paper feeding. It is easy to operate, time-saving, labor-saving, and improves production efficiency.
	Crash Lock Bottom Section Servo motor control, complete set of front placket locking device, ensuring precise and error-free locking action. Adjustable hook bottom device, not easy to cut flower boxes, easy and fast operation, and control. Add a secondary pressure line function to the front bottom fold, correct the pressure line existing in the corrugated box itself, and strengthen the flatness of large corrugated paper output.
	Lower Gluing Tank 1. The lower gluing tank is 2L. 2. Easy to remove and clean.
Folding and Closing 1. Equipped with a three-plate track device, this folding is lengthened. 2. The upper pressure belt adopts the main transmission and cylinder pressure, which is more suitable for producing corrugated products of different thicknesses. 3.
